A licensed attorney in Illinois, USA, Mark combines legal expertise with scientific knowledge,
holding degrees in biology and geology from the University of Chicago, along with a law
degree from Georgetown University. He is currently completing a master’s degree at
Harvard University, further strengthening his multidisciplinary approach to sustainable
development and energy transformation.
Through his work, Mark has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing clean energy
infrastructure, policy advocacy, and sustainable systems that create measurable global
impact. His leadership reflects a balance between innovation, environmental responsibility,

Currently residing in Barcelona, Spain, Mark continues to contribute to international
