Refund Policy
1. I want to cancel my registration.
Energy Evolution Awards, Conference and Expo is organised by InternetShine Corp. in cooperation with Next Business Media Private Limited,. Cancellations received on or before 80 days of the event will receive a refund after deducting the transaction charges. Cancellations received within 60 days of the event will result in forfeiture of your entire ticket fee. You may, however, still transfer your registration to a colleague until 20 days before the event.
2. What if I miss the event?
No refunds or credits will be issued for any missed sessions or events. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make exceptions for personal reasons, weather conditions, travel delays or other factors outside your control.
3. When will I get my refund?
If you qualify for a refund, the refunded amount will correspond to the registration fees paid and will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Should you be unable to attend the conference, we are pleased to accept substitute delegates at no extra charge, provided we receive at least 2 days advance notice with the substitute’s name and have received full payment. Please inform us of any substitutions by emailing us at: contact[2]nextbusinessmedia[dot]com
- We do not offer refunds for cancellations or non-attendance.
- We shall not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs and expenses incurred (including any wasted expenses) should we need to cancel or relocate the conference due to events beyond our control, such as but not limited to, acts of God, floods, lightning, storms, fires, explosions, wars, military operations, acts of terrorism or threats thereof, strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial actions, pandemics, epidemics, or widespread illness.
4. What if I can’t attend and want to transfer my registration?
If you can’t attend, you may transfer your registration to someone else until 20 days before the event. Please email contact[2]nextbusinessmedia[dot]com as soon as possible with your replacement’s name, job title, email address, and any dietary restrictions.
5. In case of cancellation of the event by the organizer?
In case the event is canceled, the attendees will receive a refund of the registration fee after deducting the transaction charge within 15 days from the date of cancellation of the event. The attendees will have to reach out to the Energy Evolution Awards, Conference and Expo Team via email requesting a refund.
6. In case if the event gets postponed.
In case the event is postponed and shifted to a future date, the attendees can opt for one of the two options stated below:
- Refund: In case the event is postponed and the attendee does not wish to attend the event on the future date, the full amount of the registration fee will be refunded to the attendee within 15 days from the date of initiation of the refund process.
- Transfer of the attendance: In case the attendee wishes to attend the event on the set future date, they will have to state their agreement in writing over an email to contact[2]nextbusinessmedia[dot]com
7. What happens to my travel or accommodation bookings?
Energy Evolution Awards, Conference and Expo (organized by Next Business Media in collaboration with Internetshine Corp. USA) will not be liable for travel, accommodation, or any other costs and expenses incurred, including wasted expenses, should we need to cancel or relocate the conference due to events beyond our control. Such events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, war, military operations, acts or threats of terrorism, industrial actions, lockouts, or pandemics, epidemics, and other widespread illnesses.
Subject to this clause, our total liability to you, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any damages, loss, costs, claims, or expenses of any kind arising out of or in connection with any booking made by you or otherwise related to attending the conference, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for your booking to attend the conference.
8. What if I won the ticket in a lottery/giveaway?
If you have won a ticket through a contest or giveaway, please note that it is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, rebates, or credits if you are unable to attend.
