31 granted patents, his work stands as a testament to scientific persistence and practical

He is globally recognized for developing the Two-Stage Mechanical Oscillator, a
pioneering technology acknowledged among the Top 100 Energy Technologies worldwide.
His innovation in pendulum drive systems has been successfully applied in water
pumping, power generation, and heavy industry operations internationally.
In addition, Milković introduced the groundbreaking Self-Heating Ecological House, a
passive solar housing design enabling significant energy savings in heating, cooling, and
lighting — a concept that remains highly relevant in today’s sustainability-focused world.
Beyond energy engineering, he is also a respected authority on the underground military
galleries of the Petrovaradin Fortress and has authored 18 books covering scientific
discovery, ecology, innovation, and historical research.
As a full member of the Serbian Academy of Inventors and Scientists and the European
Academy of Sciences, Milković’s work has inspired researchers and engineers worldwide,
