With over two decades of international experience in power conversion, telecom infrastructure, and energy systems, Sylvain has built a career at the crossroads of technology and market transformation. Before joining CE+T Power, he spent several years with Siemens, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s telecom and energy solutions portfolio across emerging markets. This experience shaped his ability to combine engineering excellence with commercial agility—a trademark of his leadership style today. At CE+T Power, Sylvain is driving the company’s growth in edge data centers, telecom power networks, and distributed energy architectures on C&I and O&G, helping operators, OEMs, and integrators design resilient and sustainable power infrastructures. His work focuses on enabling the region’s digital and energy transition through intelligent Power Conversion Systems (PCS) that seamlessly integrate renewable, grid, and storage technologies.
