Suzanne Knight, MBA, MA, is a globally recognized transformation strategist and consultant who helps organizations navigate complexity, accelerate change, and build future-ready workplaces. With a career spanning 14 countries, she has partnered with more than 80 companies ranging from Fortune 500s to high-growth innovators to turn large-scale disruption into measurable progress.
A former corporate executive, Suzanne has led transformation portfolios affecting over 100,000 employees, including serving as Vice President of Transformation Services for Walmart Canada; Head of Organizational Effectiveness and Change at Philip Morris International (Canada); Deputy Head of Deloitte’s Transformational Change consulting practice; and leader of Modernizing Services for the Ontario Government. Her work integrates behavioural science, strategic thinking, and operational execution to deliver lasting organizational results.
As an instructor with York University’s Schulich ExecEd business school for more than a decade, Suzanne has shaped leaders in the areas of change management, strategic communication, and high-impact leadership. In 2023, she co-founded Be Uninterrupted, a social impact venture using AI and human connection to help professional women avoid or navigate career interruptions.
Suzanne is also an award-winning keynote and TEDx speaker known for blending humour, storytelling, and clear, practical insight on the future of work, digital transformation, and leading through change.
